Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Sole Proprietor VOITOV ALEXANDR NIKOLAEVICH (the “Provider”) and the user of the StashIQ service (the “Customer”) when using paid subscription plans.

By using the paid features of the service, the Customer confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them in full.

2. Services provided

The Provider grants the Customer access to StashIQ features according to the selected plan:

• Smart — 2 GB storage, priority processing, AI categorization and summaries
• Power — 5 GB storage, advanced analytics, data export
• Ultimate — 10 GB storage, priority support, early access to new features
• Pro — 100 GB storage, unlimited AI parsing, personal support

3. Payment

Payments are processed via the Robokassa payment gateway. Two payment methods are available:

• Auto-renewal — automatic charge every 30 days
• Manual payment — manual payment every 30 days

The subscription activates immediately after successful payment. The subscription period is 30 days from activation.

4. Delivery of services

Services are provided electronically immediately after payment confirmation. Access to the selected plan’s features is activated automatically within a few minutes of successful payment.

5. Subscription cancellation

The Customer can cancel the subscription at any time via the web cabinet (Settings → Billing). Upon cancellation:

• Paid features remain available until the end of the paid period
• Automatic renewal stops
• After the paid period ends, the account automatically switches to the free Starter plan

6. Refunds

Refunds are possible in the following cases:

• Payment technical failure (duplicate charge)
• Inability to provide services through the Provider’s fault
• Cancellation within 7 days of the first payment (provided the services were not used)

To request a refund, contact support at info@wisec.ru with the reason and transaction ID.

Refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Liability

The Provider undertakes to deliver services of proper quality and to ensure service availability of at least 99% per month (excluding scheduled maintenance).

The Customer undertakes to use the service in accordance with applicable law and not to infringe the rights of third parties.

10. Final provisions

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. The current version is always available on this page.

Continued use of paid features after changes to the Terms means the Customer accepts the revised version.
